Urban education needs your help. My district cut supply funding to next to nothing so art teachers are trying to be creative in ordering this year. By providing the essentials, like colored pencils, drawing pencils and a sketchbook, you will help ensure my students feel successful in learning at home. Sketchbooks are used daily to create thumbnails, create storyboards, and do weekly/daily sketchbook assignments. This is a big part to thinking on paper before finalizing ideas on the computer. Some students do not have a pen or paper at home so these supplies are important.
