Bring light to the world in which the student theatre technicians work. Theatres are often dark places. The ability to bring one's own light improves a student's ability to work safely and effectivley. These headlamps will allow students to bring illumination to their work areas when other methods are not practical while allowing for both hands to be free and usable. Ironically, the lighting students most often find themselves in dimmed and darkened areas. They must control the light they have to not negatively affect the stage lighting designs. Set crew and costume crews also have often the need to bring bright focused light to their work area. Headlamps are a typical standard tool for theatre craftspersons. Once the houselights are dimmed, they must carry their own means of hands-free illuminance.
