However, often in school, texts that are too complex or not interesting enough hinders a love of reading and keeps students from improving. Scholastic Scope and Scholastic Action provide high interest, low lexile texts on a variety of topics with multiple interactive activities to support and gain reading comprehension skills. These texts encourage struggling readers to develop a love of reading beyond the classroom.
