By the time students get to high school, the majority do not consider themselves readers and admittedly, "Don't like to read". It is my mission to introduce books to kids that they like and to make those books available to them. I want to fill my classroom library with books that students can find themselves in and can relate to. Getting new books will help this happen. I want my students to leave my classroom with a memory of a new favorite book and a story that sticks with them.

About my class
