This will encourage them to use and build their gross motor skills on a daily basis in a fun learning environment. These skills are crucial to enable children to form everyday functions which include walking, climbing, running, catching, and throwing. When engaging in gross motor skills children are working on their core, leg, arm and hand strength as well as developing hand eye coordination.
