My students work hard to learn how to communicate and listen. They do not take take hearing and language for granted! I want to be able to give them access to language so that they can communicate to their classmates, teachers and family. We will work on a variety of communication skills including spoken language, use of sign language, AAC and picture systems. Learning to communicate can be difficult if you are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. We work hard at our school to make sure our students have access to a variety of language models.
