Our students will be learning remotely from home for at least the first 12 weeks of school. They will not have access to the hands-on equipment that they normally use during their Physical Education classes. Many students simply do not have the resources to have Physical Education equipment in their homes. Being able to provide some basic Physical Education equipment will allow me to teach skills and activities with my student remotely. Daily physical activity will improve student’s emotional well being by releasing endorphins, increasing overall health, and decreasing the effects of childhood obesity.
