As you are well aware, most schools have moved to virtual or hybrid learning. My school is no different. I have embraced this challenge and have spent countless hours learning the ins and outs of moving learning to an all online platform. For the most part, everything has run smoothly and been very successful. However, there is one very important piece my classes are missing. In math class, it is necessary to have lots of pencil and paper writing to show thoughts and ideas. The process is essential to the mastery of mathematics. This has been a huge challenge to do virtually. I have tried filming myself on a white board, using paper and sloppily writing with a mouse on a computer program. While all these got the job done, they are not acceptable to give our students the proper education they deserve. Our students need to clearly see how to solve With this iPad, pen and keyboard, I will be able to screen cast and record easily for all students to clearly see the steps to solving problems. This will remove any confusion and difficulties students have due to technology issues. Thank you for your time, and I appreciate any donation!
