During these uncertain times, it is imperative that our kids stay as healthy and active as possible. This means getting them up and moving and away from that computer screen. By supporting my project you will be helping me to give all of my students, who come mostly from low-income families, the supplies that they need for my in-person and/or virtual PE lessons. My goal is for each of my students to have the opportunity to improve their personal fitness levels, mindfulness, and focus through various lessons that I have planned with the use of the items in their supply kits. These three components that I will be focusing on over the next several months are essential for everyone especially our kids as we navigate this new way of life.
