Our school has been given the green light to return to face to face instruction! However, my students will not be able to have regular recess outside as they have in the past. My students have not been in a classroom for almost a year and are very excited to return. Unfortunately, due to current Covid restrictions our recess time will have to be inside at their individual desks. Each students will be given their own individual bins so that they are able to enjoy their own break time while following the rules of social distancing. In the bins, there will be coloring tools and paper, puzzles, clay, playdoh, movement cards, and other engaging and exciting things to keep my students' minds at play during their recess and break time. I am hoping to put together individual recess bins to give to each students to ensure a fun and safe way to play that they deserve! My students will not be able to have regular recess during our school day.
