I have seen, first hand, what students can achieve when given the right tools. Cuisenaire rods will help students to understand fractions, counting cubes will aid with understanding volume and dry erase practice sheets will save the paper that we use to print charts, tables and games. As we begin the school year online, I am hoping to have manipulatives that can be easily cleaned and ready for when students are able to return to the classroom. I also know that there are many students who may not have access to computers or required technology when we begin the school year. I would like to have printed versions of all activities as well as supplies to send home, so that these students are not left behind.
