My Health & Wellness Club students are eager to learn the nuances of boxing and martial arts as a way for them to combat stress and anxiety. Besides improving physical strength and stamina, studies have shown boxing can empower the athlete and give them the fighting spirit to tackle their challenges. As a boxer's strength improves, so does their self-confidence. Much like running, boxing provides endorphins to boost mood and create positive thoughts. Your donations will provide the funds to purchase this necessary equipment for my students to Knock Out their stress.
