It is vital that students have the proper PPE supplies as we transition back to in-person learning. Safety is always the most important area to consider in this day and time of learning in the "new normal". We have been learning virtually since March of 2020 and as we continue to matriculate to the end of the school year. The district noted that many students are struggling in the virtual setting. Therefore, we will be moving to in-person teaching. As a teacher I need to create a safe space for my students to learn both virtually and in-person. This project will allow me to have PPE supplies that will remain in the classroom to ensure that each student has what is required to learn while being safe, if a parent is not able to provide such items and if someone forgets.
