My first-grade students are little sponges that want to learn as much as they can about the world around them. We are an amazing school district that educates students from all different backgrounds. It is important to educate all students, so they grow into kind, productive adults. To do this, you need to bring the outside world to our classroom. Scholastic News can do that. Scholastic News will supplement our comprehensive curriculum with real-life science and social studies articles and information. Scholastic News allows for first graders to read about current events and scientific discoveries on their reading level. Scholastic News also allows the students to take home this information to their families.
