Flexible seating is a big buzz word in education right now. However, this trend is here to stay! It is proven that flexible seating helps with student engagement and is more comfortable than traditional chairs and desks. Flexible seating is beneficial to all students, but especially those with ADD or ADHD. Giving all students the opportunity to wiggle and have their own space helps them control their emotions and brings some control into their lives during these crazy times. By providing many different options my students can choose what works best for their learning.
