My main goal is for my students to feel comfortable in the midst of these new safety protocols. Although my students have to have distance between them, I still want them to feel a part of our class. Flexible seating will help me maintain the requirement of six feet between each student. My classroom has built-in shelves for my library. However, since I have to layout my desks in a certain way in order to maintain social distancing, my shelves are not easily accessible. The bookshelf on wheels will deter this issue. This year will be far from normal, but I am confident that these items will help ease the transition to this new form of teaching.
