The hope is to provide each elementary student with a jump-rope and a choice of a hula-hoop or playground ball to be kept at their home. Our students lack the materials in their homes to encourage physical activity. Since being at home our kids are lacking physical activity and supplies to enhance their engagement in physical fitness. Students thrive with hands-on activities and learning opportunities. The challenge of manipulating a jump rope or hula hoop successfully will challenge the children mentally and physically. Children will increase their physical activity and boost their self esteem by embarking in these physical challenges.
