I have authentic and passionate kings and queens in my class each and every year. This authenticity and passion is what makes them special and what cultivates their enthusiasm and their love of learning. Their individual creativity is awe-inspiring and truly impressive. From the beginning of the year, their gifts are refined and they are able to show their understanding of the content taught throughout the year for their peers, teachers, AND family to understand. Their instruction is specifically tailored to them because they are all different but brilliant in their own right. From there, they take the instruction and produce uniquely genuine work which inspires their peers to do the same. This is what not only creates the innovators that we need for the future, this allows them to see their brilliance and that they are ones who can lead as royals once did in the literature that they read and learn about.
