Having a classroom with flexible seating allows students to choose the best way for them to learn. The Shaped Wiggle Seats will allow students to move on the carpet or at their seat as they complete their work. These flexible seating options will provide students with non-traditional seating options to accomplish their work they might not be able to complete at a traditional desk. Flexible seating such as the stools and cushions will allow students not to sit on a hard chair in front of their desk all day long. This new furniture and equipment will allow students the options to work anywhere in the classroom that best fits their independent academic needs. Given these additions to the classroom, students can better organize their materials in the storage tower so less work will get lost! This project would significantly help my students stay engaged in our learning throughout the day. I strive for my students to feel comfortable and love their jobs as students. I cannot wait to see how much success we have with flexible seating! .
