Learning about colonial times can be so exciting! It's great to give students more experience in what it was really like during that time period. It's fun to read about, but it's even more fun to experience it firsthand! It's easy to experience colonial handwriting, all we need is a piece of paper; however, we need more supplies in order to make our own candles. These supplies normally would be paid out of my pocket, and I just can't afford to give any more. These materials will allow my students a hands-on experience to colonial candle making. Now, we can read about the process and EXPERIENCE it!
