In the classroom, we have a rug that has been used for 20+ years. Because of the dust and other matter that this rug has collected, it is uncomfortable for the students to sit on. No matter how much I clean it, there is a constant pile of dirt that falls out from underneath the carpet and it has many stains. It is unsanitary and I venture to say unsafe for my students to sit on. Because we are a low-income school we do not have the resources to buy a new one. Please help to create a clean and safe environment for my students by helping us to purchase a new rug!
