A vital part of succeeding in an AP History class is having access to relevant primary source documents and plenty of writing practice. Combining both of these elements is an efficient and productive way to teach AP World History, not to mention it certainly makes the history more interesting! While students write most often in their English classes, history writing is new to them. These resources will help me to be the best I can be as a history teacher, and make the sometimes difficult content easier for students to access with success. These texts are a mix of primary sources pared down for the classroom and resources for teaching history writing.
