As future business leaders, my students have already noticed that they have a long road to travel. If my students focus on their current situations they may feel all hope is gone. Some are immigrants, first generation graduates, from low income families and the list goes on and on. These portfolio's will provide a lasting reminder that a plan, focus and hard work can take them to their dreams. I have stressed to them that having a plan and being organized is essential to their success in the future. I believe for them to receive these portfolios, it will greatly add to their motivation to continue on the path they have started.
