My students need book boxes to keep their books safe. Students choose books that they are reading and keep them in their book boxes until they are ready for a new book. Students would love plastic book bins to replace their current flimsy cardboard ones. The cardboard tears and the boxes become imbalanced and fall over. Students also learn about how to reduce waste and reuse items. Some of the cardboard book boxes don't even last one year and definitely can't be reused. New plastic bins would last for years. Students would have a plastic bin to save their books that would be more colorful, durable, and reduce waste.
