My students require many visual aides to understand the concepts that we are learning. Since all of my students are Autistic, they are in need of these supplemental materials in their curriculum. Some of the materials that I will be printing are visual vocabulary with both the pictures and the words, colorful emotional words with pictures to help express how they are feeling, classroom schedule in visuals and words so they can make sense of their day, and file folder games to learn the different concepts and for independent practice. These materials need to last and laminating these resources is the only way that my kids have access to materials that will continue to build each year in my classroom.
