My students often need to access their own personal information, and with a quality printer, I will be able to provide them with copies of their school records in the privacy of my office. There are a lot of times when they also need to be able to scan documents to submit applications, but scanners are hard to come by! When students are absent for extended periods, it is awesome to be able to scan their work and send it to them via email rather than having a parent come by to pick up hard copies of documents. Having quality equipment allows me to assist my students more efficiently and with a professional look on any documents that they need to submit to colleges and other organizations.
