We will grow professionally by evaluating student work and creating goals for current, instructional needs that students will see for themselves, not by an end of the year teat! They can celebrate their own successes as they happen! The room I’m in doesn’t have any bulletin boards for our educators at my school to display/discuss student work to find areas of instructional practice improvement to better assist our students to meet their goals set. Looking at trends, common results, and student pathways of thinking all help us as educators to define, diagnose, and set instructional adjustments to help meet the needs of our students.

About my class
