My classroom is 1-to-1 with laptops. Allowing each student to have a pair of headphones would allow me to incorporate more learning opportunities for each student. Students can be on programs like Prodigy or iReady or watch videos to help reinforce a math lesson that was already taught or introduce a new one. Other students enjoy listening to books being read. The possibilities would be endless if each student had a set of headphones. Each student having access to their own headphones would allow me to incorporate more learning opportunities for each student. Having headphones for each individual student would help all students with different learning needs succeed.
