Rookie basketballs are made for younger students. They have a tough time learning to cross-over and slam dunk with basketballs too big for their hands. The right sized ball makes all the difference in the world to these future pros. Students can learn how to effectively dribble, pass, and shoot much better when they have the right sized basketball. The skills improve dramatically in our PTA league when we started to use a couple of these balls. The kids who were struggling and frustrated became happy and confident. The tiny players with big hearts love to tell their classmates about their latest highlights.
