My school has a growing Hispanic population, and I wanted to find a way to make them feel more included in the culture and environment of the classroom.\r\n\r\nHaving a Spanish library allows students to take home books that they can use to practice reading in their own language. It also enables parents to have a book they can use for a read aloud. I can't imagine not being able to read to my child because I didn't have material.\r\n\r\nI also love the opportunity the library allows my English speaking students to explore language learning from a new prospective.
