The current chairs in our room are an eclectic mix of chairs salvaged from other rooms. Some of them are great, but several are falling apart, too big or too small for students. This project will help students know they have a sturdy, clean, functioning seat in which to seat while they do their history work! Students know they are valued and important members of our school community when they see investment in the spaces they occupy. Students also take more care of supplies they can tell are in good condition and not falling apart or recycled. Having a beautiful classroom environment will help our class be a place where students feel valued and bring their A-GAME!

About my class
