In today's modern age, kids are growing up to be animators, photographers and designers that use this type of technology. If I was able to put it in their hands at a young age, they would be able to get a jump on what they need for the future. Ipads in my room would be a TREMENDOUS help to all my students, These would give the students the benefit of having visual references at their fingertips. They will be utilized on ALL grade levels ( I teach K-8 Visual Arts ) They would especially help my special needs population. These are the kids that feel they "can not" when it comes to basic drawing, due to grapho-motor weaknesses. I pads would help shrink that feeling and give them an opportunity to feel successful.
