My students need more ways to practice their concepts besides worksheets and online programs. In a way they will be practicing math without realizing they are doing it when using the Breakout EDU Kits. They will view it as a fun game. This will increase engagement in my classroom as students strive to solve the puzzle. This adds competition to the mix to see who can finish first and also adds a possible reward in the end. It also allows all students to participate in finding clues instead of the advanced students telling others the answer. Students will have multiple points of entry and will need to work together to succeed.
