I work in the Counseling Center at a middle school for students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. In addition to providing meals for our students, we provide clothing and hygiene items for several of our students. We have an on campus clothes closet where students can come get shoes or other items of clothing as needed. For those students in need, we provide clothing for each season as well as undergarments, coats, and hygiene kits. When helping are students with good hygiene, we are helping the parents save money by preventing costly doctor visits, expensive medicine and loss of work for the parents. We are in need of hygiene supplies to help our students be comfortable, confident and successful in the classroom.
