Learning to read and improving our reading are crucial skills that students hone in on in first grade! Throughout the year, the students will have many opportunities to explore wonderful kingdoms, navigate intriguing plots and get to know wonderful characters, all through the powerful pages of hundreds of books. They will also have opportunities to share the joys of reading, by reading to themselves, a partner and the whole class. By donating to this project you will be helping provide students with the resources they need to have a comfortable reading experience in our classroom library. By making the classroom library a place where students WANT to be and feel COMFORTABLE in, we are one step closer to making them passionate about reading!

About my class
