For the first time in our school's history, we have a full playground and field for our students to enjoy. As long as the wind chill is above 0 degrees, we are outside playing and getting exercise! Your support will help our Kindergartners learn to love a Minnesota winter. The vast majority of our students come from low-income and immigrant families. The experience of a Minnesota winter is new and the resources to dress appropriately are often hard to come by. These mittens and snow pants will ensure our students have a safe, warm, and enjoyable recess all winter long.
