For many students, AP math courses are the first time they are truly seeing math in the "real world." They are interacting with math in new and exciting ways, seeing applications to future careers, and are challenged and stimulated by the curriculum. By having six additional graphing calculators, we will be able to check calculators out to students for the entire year. These calculators will be used by at-risk students in the classroom, at home, and on the AP exam. I don't want cost to limit the opportunity for my students to participate in AP courses.

About my class
