These materials will be helpful in supplementing in person instruction with the ability to draw physical situations and provide quick concept sketches as interventions in the room. When doing drawings on whiteboards, they are gone as soon as they are erased, but digital drawings can be saved and provided for the students not in attendance as a supplement to other online resources. Over time this provides a data bank of solved problems & supplementary visuals for commonly misconceived physics and engineering concepts. The iPad Pro, Apple Pencil and Magic Key board will help with online learning as it gives me the ability to do "whiteboard" style drawings and calculations at a distance for all my students. In both instances--- either in the classroom or in the virtual classroom, these tools will be quite valuable and make the class more versatile.
