There are numerous apps that can be used with Kindle Fires to develop and support the learning of my first graders. Using new Kindle Fires, my students will be able to easily and intuitively access the world around them to enhance their learning. Whether this learning is playing math games, recording their work to share with their classmates, or accessing and reading books at their individualized levels, students will benefit from having new, efficient, and user-friendly technology at school. Our current school technology does not support many interactive apps, and many students do not have access to new technology outside of school. Supporting this project will allow my students to grow as learners and digital citizens.
