These products will help to provide a safe and comfortable environment in which they can learn how to effectively manage their anger and stress. Our children need to have access to a safe and welcoming environment. The mats will provide comfort while practicing various Yoga poses and breathing techniques. The speaker and headphones will allow students to listen to calming music while practicing their Yoga poses. We wish for the environment to be welcoming, bright and positive. The children will learn how to positively engage with one another and practice conflict resolution skills to help them become calm and more centered.
