My students need laptops to use during math centers and differentiated instruction. The students will be able to increase their academic growth with the use of the laptops. They will be able to improve their understanding of the math standards, problem-solving, and the ability to read/listen to math problems with the use of technology. They will also be able to complete weekly district-mandated i-Ready minutes. The laptops will help my students prepare and make gains on the three i-Ready assessments, the end of the year assessment as well as the SAT (Stafford Achievement Test). In addition, my students will be more proficient through the daily use of technology in the classroom. The laptops will be greatly appreciated and support the academics needs of my students.
