The goodie bags will include tools that students need to succeed at home and eventually in the classroom (fingers crossed). Many of students have siblings that are working around them and even have live sessions of their own. The headphones will help them focus on our class rather than their environment and help me and others understand them better. By helping students get these simple supplies, you can help them focus and learn the best they can despite any challenges they are facing. Other supplies like the whiteboard and markers will help with practicing and understanding lessons better. In a classroom, we use whiteboard for practice and warm up and by using them in the online environment as well we are also giving students a sense of normalcy.
