The barbecue team has become extremely popular since the inception, and additional cookers are needed in order to allow more students to participate in these unique events. Barrel cookers are extremely portable, easy to use, and will fit within a truck bed, allowing for them to be hauled along with our trailer pit. We have only been able to accommodate a single team for the last 4 years, but with these additional cookers we will be able to engage more students in learning how to cook barbecue along with how to work as a team to accomplish a unified goal of being State Champions!
