Our class needs supplies to support our diverse group of learners. I am requesting supplies to support student learning in different ways. As a class community we respect each other and know that everyone learns differently. Some students in my class benefit from using noise cancelling headphones. Others need flexible seating options to stay focused and learn. As second graders, many students need seating that will allow them to move their bodies while doing work. During independent reading, some young readers benefit from reading out loud to themselves. Whisper phones will help them to do this without distracting those around them. Each individual in my class needs different supports in the classroom and your contribution will help them maximize their learning as second graders!
