Many business are moving to a culture where employees have the ability to enjoy their job in a culture that incorporates vulnerability and success. Flexibility in seating, styles, and teamwork is important in many business cultures today, and by integrating this into a learning setting, we are setting our scholars up for success early. Scholars are our future leaders, and they deserve to learn in a learning environment that success is modeled and engaged daily. Teamwork is Number 1 in this classroom, as it is in daily life outside the classroom in daily life. They will be taking daily notes, and because they are in different seating arrangements they need the ability to have composition books and lap desks and areas to write.
