As we get ready to begin the 20-21 school year, my students are going to be learning in new ways, with new challenges. Not only will students be ready for a variety of activities at home, but when they are in school twice a week, they will have their personal yoga mats to be used without sharing germs for PE. Our Physical Education classes will consist of Fitness and Yoga targeting their physical component of wellness and Anatomy and Nutrition to develop their cognitive development. All lessons will be designed for half of the students participating in Zoom from home, while the other half of students who are at the school building. We will be playing games and working out every day so it will be important for students to have a safe place to move while maintaining social distance.
