This project will help students practice Nevada math standards from their desk. This will promote group learning and discussions to complete math problems. An example math standard would be showing the steps to solve multi step equations. This would promote students to show their work to help them learn with our new math curriculum. The technology, including an iPad and Apple TV will help my Newcomer students practice their English language skills in groups and then showing their work in a public setting to become more proficient. When students have the ability to take risks in the classroom, they can become more confident in their learning.

About my class
