Technology occupies an important place within students’ lives. When they are not in school, just about everything that they do is connected in some way to technology. By integrating technology into the classroom, we are changing the way they used to teach and providing students with the tools that will take them into the 21st century. We plan on using the devices for reading novels and short stories. We are currently working on our memoir unit, and it would be a great help to read off a screen, rather than a blurry copy. The world changes by the minute, and we need to help our students' keep up with the times in order to best prepare them for the world that we all live in. Please help the students' at PS371 obtain the tools they so desperately need for their futures!
