Everyone on the team needs to be aware of what is going on in the game and who needs help. These headsets will allow players to cancel out what is around them and focus on their team and the task at hand. This whole process is about how to communicate effectively no matter what the situation is. Through learning this skill in gaming, it will carry through in their everyday life as well. Esports has also been known to open students' eye to the world of STEM and other technical pursuits.
