My students love to write! Especially when it's completely their own little thoughts. They enjoy writing sweet caring notes to mom, dad, grandma, Ms. Payne and classmates. We write 3 page booklets about unicorns, dinosaurs, anything they can imagine, they write about. We learn how important it is to write words we know correctly, and sound out words we may not know. Oh, but the best part is illustrating our writings with beautiful drawings, stamps, stickers etc... I am asking for a space saving writing center, where my students can have all writing materials organized, and practice all of the Kindergarten writing skills we practice daily. With a space specifically designated for them to write, they will have all the needed materials organized and at hand. This will make the writing center an inviting favorite learning center.
